Every time I login to a site utilizing 2FA, I have to open a 2FA app on my phone, retype a 6-digit code into a form, and just as I am about to submit the form the code expires. Rage quit!
But there is still hope in the galaxy: Passkeys!
Passkeys promise improved security over traditional authentication methods by utilizing modern public-key cryptography and the users' physical hardware to keep keys safe.
