Wagtail Space NL Code Sprint is at the Four Digits office, Jansbinnensingel 26, 6811 AL Arnhem, The Netherlands.
Wagtail Space NL Conference is at the Posttheater, Rosendaalsestraat 27, 6824 CA Arnhem, The Netherlands.
Four Digits is a 10-minute walk from Arnhem Central Station.
Posttheater is located right behind the Velperpoort train station and the associated bus station.
There is no parking availability at the Posttheater. It's advisable for attendees to check local parking options beforehand.
Posttheater is next to Station Velperpoort, so very accessible by public transport.
The conference day begins at 09.30 with a check-in and welcome, leading into a series of talks and lightning talks starting from 10.00. Each talk is either 15 or 20 minutes long, with lightning talks capped at 5 minutes. Specific timings for each session and breaks will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to network during these intervals.
The event follows a single-track format. We strive to offer a diverse range of topics and maintain a pleasant rhythm, including ample breaks. These breaks are designed to provide sufficient time for networking.

Arnhem has numerous hotels and guesthouses suitable for varying budgets. Arnhem is a quite compact town. Advice is to consult your route planner to estimate travel times.
Please note: due to the Eagels concert. Hotels are hard to find. Nijmegen is a cheaper option and you can take the train for about € 4.90 a single trip. Walking distance between our venue and Central Train station is about 10 minutes max.
Yes, lunch, refreshments and drinks are included in the ticket price. The day ends at 18:00. So diner is not included.

Wagtail Space NL is exclusively an in-person event. We plan to record the talks and publish them on YouTube later, but live online participation is not available.
The projects at the code sprint are participant-driven. Attendees can choose to work on a variety of projects including Wagtail Core code, third-party projects, or even their personal projects.
A sprint document will be available to guide the projects. While it’s beneficial to come prepared with an idea of what you’d like to work on, you can also have a rewarding experience by being flexible and going with the flow of the sprint.
